Jena taught me so much during our time together. Although I’ve never had a serious weight problem, the older I get, the more difficult it is to keep weight off. And being the food lover that I am, I enjoy eating everything.. desserts included.
As a professional chef I know how to make myself a healthy, balanced meal full of colorful veggies and fruits. As a busy entrepreneur, I often eat it too quickly!! As a New Yorker I’m always running around, and sometimes I don’t even give what I’m eating a second thought.
