My assistant Edouard Massih and I have become quite a dynamic duo. He just graduated from Culinary Institute of America. A big congrats. We love to work together in the kitchen and introduce each other to things we have never tried before. Edy is Lebanese and recently made a flatbread for me that was out of this world. With a few Western tweaks, I have created a healthy, flavorful, and simple flatbread recipe that could be for lunch, a snack, or dinner! The possibilities are endless.
