I’ve decided to make a last minute addition to my Thanksgiving feast. I wanted to recreate my butternut squash soup and give it some more flavor, and spice! I decided to add some curry, and garnish with an extra crunch, and the beautiful pizzazz of pomegranate. My tradition is to serve a warm, comforting but elegant soup before the main meal.
