These fruity treats are my personal version of strawberries and cream. Yum!

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Combine in a food processor or blender.
- Pour and evenly divide into popsicle molds.
- Let freeze for 4 hrs or overnight.
