I enjoyed an impressive meal the other night at South Edison in Montauk! It was beautifully prepared by Chef Roy Wohlars and his team, and served by young, friendly waiters that all live together a mile away from the restaurant.

The menu was truly an Ocean-to-Table and Farm-to-Table experience, with much of the produce coming from nearby Amber Waves Farm. Guests were so enthusiastic about the food! Go check it out!
