Holiday season is definitely here! Fall marks the birth of my son, Zach, which means that we start our family gatherings a little sooner than Thanksgiving and this year was no different. Last weekend I hopped on a plane and surprised him for a celebration weekend in Denver. We had such a wonderful visit together […]

I recently attended a theme party in St. Tropez like no other I’ve experienced. You know how I love parties with themes! This one was a double birthday bash for a fabulous lady and her son! She turned 50 and he turned 18! Thus… #18and50shadesofpink The party was an entire weekend extravaganza in St. Tropez, one […]
Maria Manetti Farrow…the name has a special ring to it…rolling off my tongue like a melody…and that is who she is…my friend…Maria…a melody…sensual…lilting…full of music. This has been an amazing and summer for me, mostly thanks to my circle of remarkable friends. aliveness is couple by an excitement for Spring Vegetables!

As far as food is concerned…my Miami trip did not end there. My brother’s kitchen is one of my favorite kitchens to cook. It is so spacious…has a huge marble island and top quality cooking equipment…and pretty much anything a happy chef needs to do some damage! This Sunday I decided to cook for a group of 30 of his friends.
A quick bit about me. I am a NYC based chef, party planner, chocolate distributor and food consultant and I am blessed to live a dream life. Filled with adventure, travel and of course lots of different kinds of foods from all over the world…I love to entertain friends and family and do all things food related. I began my culinary journey many years ago when I took my first cooking class in the Village in NYC. I had moved to NYC to become a dancer/ actress and then after that first cooking class, changed the whole direction of my life.
